He was young, when he found a genie in a bottle, and spoke three wishes. “To be emperor, to become immortal, to watch over my empire for all time.” “Granted,” Genie promised. al_forbes Upon his deathbed, the old emperor reminded Genie of his last two wishes. He woke from a long sleep to find his wishes granted. “This is not what I had in mind,” he angrily declared. “One last breath was approved,” Genie said, “to ask for forgiveness of your cruel reign. Now be immortal. Gaze upon all that is yours.” From his temple, his stone head watches over his empire.
