Friday Fictioneer: Fishin’

Blake was awake and dressed by 5 AM in anticipation of the day’s adventure.

At five-years-old, he was an avid fisherman. On this day, he was going fishing with his Uncle Cassidy.

They fished from shore and when they didn’t snag a fish within a few minutes, Blake insisted they change spots or change lures. Fishing with Blake was not a day of peace and relaxation. But it was fun.

Blake was up and dressed by 5 AM in anticipation of the day’s adventure. Today Blake was taking his son on his first fishing adventure of his young life.
