Health Update: Back on the Bike
I back on the bike again. I had to give it up for the sake of my health which you can read about in No more Biking.
In the past I rode for distance and speed. I was always pushing myself, and I was always tired. Instead of gaining ground, I was losing it. I was biking slower and losing distance.
This time around I’m changing my approach. I going for strength and endurance.
I’m only riding for 10 minutes at level 3 at 65 RPMs, which means I’m riding easy and slow.
I can’t wait until I can bike outside where I can bike 20 miles in an hour.
I’m thinking that might take a while.
