Things are warming up in my part of the world. If I may paraphrase the Wicked Witch of the West from the Land of Oz, “We’re melting!”
These are amazing photos. Here in east of England I hardly ever see snow, and never icicles like those. Though I do remember, back in the day….
I’d pack snow and mail it to you, but I fear it wouldn’t survive the trip. ;0) I’m told it used to be -30F for a month, back in the day. I didn’t live here then. I’m from southern US where it rains all winter long.
Our weather systems are changing… and there’s nothing new in that. But we notice it most when we compare now with previous days
I like snow, but it can also be a bother. I like playing in it and taking pictures.
We get so little, just lacy patterns
I’ve seen a few of your lacy ice photos. They are beautiful.
Thank you. They are a rarity
But that’s the trick, isn’t it? Being in the right place at the right time with camera in hand.
Serendipity. Though occasionally it can be planned
