Friendly Friday Photo Challenge – Christmas Preparations
This week Friendly Friday Photo Challenge topic is Christmas Preparations and is hosed by Something to Ponder About.
My brother and I were talking about his Christmas decorations. I said, “It’s depressing to have decoration when I live alone.”
But as I was saying that, I thought that maybe I hadn’t decorated because I was too tired from Adrenal Fatigue. I told my brother my thoughts.
He said I should decorate. I did and I had fun.
This is a victory for me and more poof I’m healing.
I once saw am Icelandic film in which a man lived alone on a remote farm and each Xmas Eve, he would decorate a small tree, put on Xmas music and eat a nice dinner. He was happy doing that and that was his own individual way of celebrating Xmas. It shouldn’t matter how much you do or don’t do but that for you, it is meaningful in some way. I am glad you did decorate. I think it would be depressing not to decorate at all.
