Sunday Trees – 437
My state of Minnesota in USA is under a shutdown. We are to stay home except for the essentials like going to the grocery store.
But keeping people locked up at home isolated from the rest of the world can cause cabin fever. Therefore we are advised to take a walk in the park.
See more beautiful trees at Sunday Trees.
It must have been a beautiful walk!! Love the lighting! Thank you for sharing!
Envious. The trees in this town can be counted on one hand.
We are blessed with many trees and parks.
Treble envy. The lack hasn’t affected me before; I could always get a bus out. I love the Norfolk countryside. But I don’t drive, and at the moment… only essential journeys. Ho-hum, hey. But not to weep for it’ll pass 🙂
I bet you have other adventures where you are that I would love to visit.
Yea. A 4 miles walk alongside an estruary, not a car in sight, only grazing marshes, is a Roman fort dated to circa 300 CE. However, that requires a 4 mile walk back. But it’s raised on a cliff, and the views across the water, the reed beds to the hills beyond is worth the walk. And the quality of light… divine
It sounds intriguing and something I’d like to explore.
Enjoyable with the right weather. Not advisable when the wind is strong!
Good to know. But the only way I’m going is if we go together. Unfortunately, that won’t be happening any time soon.
No, everyone confined to quarters
You are very fortunate to have access to such remote beauty close to home. Glad to see that you are getting into nature. Good for the soul.
Minnesota is know for its state, county, and city parks; and its waling, running and bike paths. There’s a lot of places to go exploring, which is why I was going to do One Park at a Time. Maybe when I’m truly well, I’ll start again. I greatly appreciate being outdoors.
